AI Video Generation: Generate videos using AI-powered text-to-video technology via third-party services
Automated Daily Generation: Configure automated daily video generation with customizable schedules
Caption Management: Create and manage reusable caption templates with variable substitution
Performance Analytics: Track video performance metrics including views, likes, comments, shares, and engagement rates
Account Health Monitoring: Automated health checks and monitoring for TikTok accounts
Activity Logging: Comprehensive activity tracking and audit logs

2.1 Technical Implementation

Our Service integrates with TikTok's official API (https://open.tiktokapis.com) using OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol. The Service operates as follows:

Users authenticate their TikTok accounts through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow
Video files are uploaded to our secure servers and stored temporarily until publication
Videos are published to TikTok using TikTok's Video Upload API endpoints
Upload status is tracked and monitored through TikTok's Status API
Access tokens are automatically refreshed to maintain continuous service

2.2 API Integration

2.3 AI Video Generation (Vadoo Integration)

Our Service integrates with Vadoo, a third-party AI video generation service, to enable text-to-video creation. When you use this feature:

You provide text prompts that are processed and optimized for video generation
Your prompts and generation parameters are sent to Vadoo's API for processing
Vadoo generates video content based on your input and returns the generated video
Generated videos are stored on our servers and can be automatically uploaded to TikTok
You can schedule AI-generated videos for future publication
Generation status is tracked and you receive notifications upon completion

Vadoo is a third-party service provider, and their use of your data is subject to Vadoo's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Vadoo's services or any issues arising from their video generation process.

2.4 Automated Daily Video Generation

The Service offers automated daily video generation for TikTok accounts. When enabled:

You configure generation settings including prompt templates, schedules, and upload preferences
The Service automatically generates videos according to your configured schedule
Generated videos can be automatically uploaded to TikTok or held for manual review
You maintain full control and can modify or disable automated generation at any time
All automated activities are logged and visible in your activity history

2.5 Video Processing

When you upload or generate a video through our Service:

Video files are stored securely on our servers
Videos are processed and prepared for TikTok's API requirements
Videos can be scheduled for future publication at specific dates and times
Videos are published to your TikTok account via TikTok's official API
Upload status is continuously monitored until publication is complete
You receive notifications about the upload status and any errors
Performance metrics are periodically synced from TikTok after publication

2.6 Caption Templates

The Service allows you to create and manage reusable caption templates:

Create caption templates with variable placeholders for dynamic content
Organize templates by categories for easy management
Apply templates when uploading or scheduling videos
Templates are stored securely and associated with your account

3. User Accounts

3.1 Age Requirement

Janex AutoTok is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use this Service. This age requirement is consistent with TikTok's Terms of Service, which also requires users to be at least 13 years old.

If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the account in accordance with applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

To use Janex AutoTok, you must authenticate through TikTok's official OAuth system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your TikTok account credentials
All activities that occur under your authenticated TikTok account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or use of your account
Ensuring that your TikTok account complies with TikTok's Terms of Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you upload through Janex AutoTok complies with:

All applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
Copyright and intellectual property rights of third parties

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, publish, or distribute through our Service any content that:

Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities

TikTok requires users to disclose when content is generated or manipulated using AI or other synthetic media technologies. When publishing AI-generated content to TikTok through our Service:

You are solely responsible for complying with TikTok's requirements for disclosing AI-generated or synthetic media content
You must use TikTok's disclosure tools and labels as required by TikTok's policies and Community Guidelines
You acknowledge that failure to properly disclose AI-generated content may result in TikTok removing your content, suspending your account, or taking other enforcement actions

4.4 Automated Processes

When using automated features such as daily video generation and scheduled uploads:

You are responsible for all content generated through automated processes

You acknowledge that automated processes may generate content that requires review before publication
You are responsible for monitoring and managing automated activities
You must comply with TikTok's API Terms of Use, which govern the use of TikTok's API for automated posting and scheduling
You acknowledge that TikTok may restrict or prohibit certain types of automated activities, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with TikTok's current policies
We reserve the right to suspend or limit automated processes if they violate these Terms, TikTok's policies, or TikTok's API Terms of Use

4.4.1 TikTok API Compliance for Automation

Our Service uses TikTok's official API to provide automation features. By using automated features, you agree to:

Respect TikTok's rate limits and usage guidelines for API calls

TikTok's API Terms of Use and policies may change over time. It is your responsibility to stay informed about and comply with TikTok's current requirements. We are not responsible for changes TikTok makes to their API or policies that affect automated features.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload or generate through Janex AutoTok, subject to the terms below. By using the Service, you grant Janex AutoTok a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.1 User Content License

By uploading or generating content through our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Store your video files on our servers
Process and transmit your content to TikTok's API and third-party services (e.g., Vadoo) as necessary
Monitor upload status and handle errors
Maintain backup copies as necessary for service operation
Track and analyze performance metrics for your videos

This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for copies we may retain for legal or technical purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 AI-Generated Content Ownership

For content generated using AI video generation services (e.g., Vadoo):

You own the rights to AI-generated videos created through our Service using your prompts and inputs
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and inputs do not infringe on third-party rights
AI-generated content may be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party AI service providers (e.g., Vadoo)
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content, but we may store and process it as necessary to provide the Service

6. API Integration and Third-Party Services

6.1 TikTok API Compliance

Janex AutoTok uses TikTok's official API and complies with TikTok's Terms of Service and API Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Janex AutoTok complies with TikTok's policies and guidelines.

6.1.1 API Permissions and Scopes

Our Service requests the following permissions from TikTok:

user.info.basic - Required to identify your TikTok account and display your profile information (display name, avatar) within our Service
video.upload - Required to upload video files to TikTok's servers for publication
video.publish - Required to publish videos to your TikTok account
video.query - Required to retrieve video performance metrics and analytics data

These permissions are necessary for the core functionality of our Service. We do not request any permissions beyond what is required to provide video upload automation and analytics.

6.1.2 Token Management

To maintain continuous service, we:

Our Service integrates with Vadoo, a third-party AI video generation service, to provide text-to-video functionality. When you use Vadoo features:

Your text prompts and generation parameters are transmitted to Vadoo's API
Vadoo processes your requests and generates video content
Generated videos are returned to our Service and stored on our servers
Vadoo's use of your data is governed by Vadoo's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for Vadoo's services, API availability, or any issues arising from Vadoo's video generation process. Vadoo is an independent third-party service provider, and any disputes regarding Vadoo's services should be directed to Vadoo.

6.2.1 Vadoo API Compliance

We commit to:

Using Vadoo's API only for legitimate video generation purposes
Respecting Vadoo's API rate limits and usage guidelines
Transmitting only the minimum data necessary for video generation
Complying with Vadoo's Terms of Service and API policies

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Video File Requirements

The Service has the following limitations:

File Format: Supported video formats: MP4, MOV, WebM, MPEG, 3GP, and AVI
File Size: Maximum file size is 500MB per video (subject to TikTok's API limitations)
Caption Length: Video captions are limited to 150 characters (TikTok's maximum)

7.2 Processing Times

Video upload and publication times vary depending on:

Video file size and duration
TikTok's API processing time (typically a few minutes)
Network conditions and server load
TikTok's platform availability

We monitor upload status and will notify you of completion or any errors, but we cannot guarantee specific processing times.

7.3 AI Video Generation Processing

AI video generation processing times vary significantly and depend on:

Complexity and length of the text prompt
Selected generation parameters (duration, style, theme, etc.)
Vadoo's API processing time and queue length (typically several minutes to hours)
Network conditions and third-party service availability
Video complexity and rendering requirements

AI video generation is subject to Vadoo's service availability and processing capabilities. We cannot guarantee specific generation times, and generation may fail due to third-party service issues. We will notify you of generation status, but we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by Vadoo's services.

7.4 Analytics and Performance Data

Video performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) are synced from TikTok's API:

Performance data availability depends on TikTok's API and may be delayed
Some metrics may not be available immediately after publication
Data accuracy depends on TikTok's reporting and API availability
We sync performance data periodically but cannot guarantee real-time updates

We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of performance metrics provided by TikTok's API.

7.5 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to:

Scheduled maintenance windows
Unscheduled downtime due to technical issues
Interruptions caused by TikTok API outages or changes
Interruptions caused by third-party service outages (e.g., Vadoo API)
Network or infrastructure issues beyond our control

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Service unavailability, including unavailability caused by third-party services.

8. Data Processing and Retention

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

We store your TikTok account information (Open ID, display name, avatar) to identify your account
We store access tokens and refresh tokens to maintain your connection to TikTok
We store video files temporarily until they are successfully published to TikTok
We store AI-generated videos and generation parameters for video generation features
We store caption templates and their configurations for reuse
We store scheduled upload times and generation schedules for automated features
We store video performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, engagement rates) synced from TikTok
We store account health monitoring data and activity logs
We store generation configuration settings for automated daily video generation
We retain upload history, generation history, and status information for service operation and troubleshooting

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@janex.md. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. For detailed information about data retention periods, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janex AutoTok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for:

Content that violates TikTok's policies or is removed by TikTok
Loss of videos due to TikTok API errors or platform issues
Unauthorized access to your TikTok account
Changes to TikTok's API that affect Service functionality
Any damages resulting from your violation of these Terms

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Service.

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

Revoking TikTok API access through your TikTok account settings
Deleting your account through the Service dashboard
Contacting us at support@janex.md to request account deletion

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

You violate these Terms of Service or TikTok's policies
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
We are required to do so by law or TikTok
We discontinue the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
Pending video uploads may be cancelled
Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
Videos already published to TikTok will remain on TikTok's platform

11. Changes to Terms
